Job Title: Fiber to the Premise (FTTP) Direct Sales Representative

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The FTTP Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for directly engaging with residential and business customers to promote and sell high-speed fiber optic internet services. This role focuses on working established leads, educating prospective customers on the benefits of fiber-to-the-premise technology, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, customer-focused, and skilled at establishing strong connections in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

· Direct Sales and Promotion: Actively engage with residential and business customers within assigned territories to present and sell FTTP services.

· Lead Generation: Develop new leads through door-to-door sales, community events, local partnerships, and other direct sales methods.

· Customer Education: Clearly explain the advantages of fiber-optic internet, including faster speeds, improved reliability, and other service benefits, tailoring information to individual customer needs.

· Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers, foster trust and enhancing customer satisfaction.

· Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, tracking and reporting progress.

· Market Analysis: Stay informed about competitors and market trends to better position the company’s FTTP offerings.

· Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and other teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Requirements:

· Experience: 1-2 years in direct sales, door-to-door sales, or similar customer-facing roles. Telecommunications or internet service sales experience is a plus.

· Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; capable of explaining technical information in a simple way.

· Technology Familiarity: Basic understanding of fiber-optic technology or the ability to learn quickly.

· Mobility: Willingness to travel within designated sales areas.

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is beneficial.
