Tower Technician

Position Summary:

Micrologic is looking for a Tower Technician to join our field service team. In this role you will install and repair equipment, cables, and cable connectors. You will also work on tower top equipment including bracing, and antennas. Ensure safe rigging, hoisting, and landing.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

· General understanding of installing tower equipment.

· Ability to work at significant heights.

· Ability to follow directions.

· Install, upgrade, and repair cables and connectors.

· Fiber spicing skills

· Install, upgrade, and repair bracing, cable supports, and antennas.

· Ensure safe rigging, hoisting, landing, and fastening.

Job Requirements

· Must have current tower climbing and rescue certifications.

· Detail and process oriented.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Electrical experience preferred but not required.
