Micrologic believes public broadband funding carries an important responsibility to the communities it is intended to serve. We are committed to the appropriate and responsible use of BEAD project funding and to maintaining strong financial oversight, accountability, and compliance throughout the construction and operation of our BEAD-funded networks.
As a West Virginia company, Micrologic is proud to invest in the rural communities we call home. Our BEAD projects will expand reliable, high-speed fiber connectivity to homes and businesses in areas where access to modern broadband infrastructure has historically been limited.
Our goal is not simply to complete a federally funded construction project—it is to build lasting fiber infrastructure that strengthens West Virginia communities, supports economic development, expands educational and employment opportunities, and provides reliable connectivity for generations to come.
BEAD Program
As a participant in the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program, Micrologic is committed to ensuring that BEAD funds are used responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with all applicable federal and state requirements.
BEAD recipients are required to provide a publicly accessible method for individuals to report suspected fraud, waste, abuse, misuse of funds, or other concerns related to BEAD-funded projects. Micrologic encourages employees, contractors, customers, community members, and other stakeholders to report any suspected fraud, waste or abuse.
